    Revolting customer service from director Kerry black. We removed our son from Newton following the closure of the centre for failing to comply with education standards. When I approached her re the closure, she blamed others for reporting it to media. She then took three months to repay our $1000 bond which should have been in a trust. Kerry failed to attend a required mediation session I arranged via consumer affairs in order to regain my bond. She eventually paid, but did it via a third party and couldn't even be bothered advising me she'd paid my money. Extremely poor communication, and really needs to resign from the role as director. I'm very sorry that it has ended in this way.-Candice Grace
