About Test Belrose Kindergarten

Belrose, NSW, 2085

  • We believe childhood is a unique and valuable stage of development that can be enriched by being part of an environment where children feel safe, happy and appreciated for who they are and valued as a member of our centre community.

  • We believe to provide the best care possible, we first aim to build positive relationships between parents, educators and children.

  • We recognise that a childs family is the main caregiver and encourage their input whilst also providing feedback and support if needed.

  • We embrace the diversity of Australian society and respect each child as an individual with their own needs, interests, strengths, personalities, cultural and family background, including those with additional needs.

  • We value play as an opportunity for learning as a child discovers how to communicate and interact with others whilst learning new skills and developing creativity and imagination.

  • We acknowledge each childs effort towards autonomy believing their confidence, self esteem and consideration of others will develop more positively when they feel they have some control in their world.

  • All programs at Belrose Kindergarten are created by Early Childhood Teachers and are child centered and directed, based on the childrens individual interests, strengths and needs.

  • The Centre uses a play based approach to learning, allowing children to develop at their own pace and make sense of what is going on around them.

  • Staff members provide a stimulating environment where children want to investigate and explore. They can then use their own ideas to make connections between previous learning experiences and new ones. They also experiment, solve problems and create.

  • Children are able to feel successful when they play because there is no right or wrong way to do it. This leads to feelings of confidence and the emergence of a positive sense of self. Associating positive feelings from play with learning also helps develop a lifelong love of learning.

  • Belrose Kindergarten looks after children aged from six weeks to six years old. A range of programs has been developed to ensure the needs of each age group are met.

The childcare subsidy calculator above also calculates the childcare fees you pay - weekly, quarterly and annually.

When calculating this figure, it considers the childcare rate for all of your children, as well as the average time they spend in childcare.

Be aware that this is an estimation. The actual figure will vary depending on the amount of childcare actually attended by your child.

    Provider Reviews

We have been bringing our youngest child to Belrose Kindy for 2 years and never regretted it. We wish we had brought our first son here because he would have loved it too. The outdoor play area is beautiful and sits under a huge jacaranda tree with lots of coverage and the indoor area doesn't feel too big and overwhelming for little people. I love the way that the whole family is involved in running the kindy and as such, the staff turnover is virtually non-existent, this was very important to me as I left my first child at a big, clinical daycare centre that seemed to have staff turnover every 3 months - just as my child formed an attachment to someone, they would leave! I can not fault Belrose Kindy, it always feels like you are leaving your child with your own family and friends you trust.-Nicole and Mathew 2017
