Conditions of approval

The approved provider must comply with the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) - EPA Ref: 61070-1 which must be prominently displayed at the main entrance to the education and care service premises together with the service approval and available for inspection at all times the education and care service is operating. In the event that any future intrusive maintenance and/or construction works will be undertaken within the outdoor play area the EMP must be implemented and specifically that an appropriately qualified Environment Consultant should be notified to ensure that the geotextile liner indicator barrier and/or reinstatement material (if required) is restored in accordance with the EMP.
