About Test Country Buddies
Upon enrollment you are required to inform the centre of permanent days required.
Fees are due and payable at the beginning of each current week.
If fees are in arrears longer than 2 weeks and no arrangements have been made with the Centre Director your child's place shall be withdrawn.
Casual Bookings will be accepted based on availability and payment on day of care or otherwise discussed with Centre Director.
Upon two (2) weeks written notice of cancelling care all outstanding fees are due and payable prior to leaving the centre.
If Country Buddies are not duly notified of your cancellation in the appropriate time frame, a two (2) week fee shall be incurred.
Where your child is absent due to illness and a medical certificate is provided or you have a letter from your employer for an R.D.O, these absences will not count towards the allowed absences total.
Country Buddies offers families the ability to claim a fee reduction for not more than the equivalent of two (2) weeks of normal booked care.
