About Test Goodstart Early Learning West Ryde - Winbourne Street

West Ryde, NSW, 2114

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre West Ryde - Winbourne Street is tucked in right next door to our local primary schools as well as being close to transport, residential areas, shops and community facilities. We love our friendly family atmosphere and the cosiness of the centre .Our relationship with the local primary school (Ermington Public School) allows for our children to thrive and gain the independence required for the transition to "big school" as we often visit the kindergarten classroom, participate in the Easter hat parade and invite the principal and teachers for school readiness gatherings. All staff at Goodstart Early Learning West Ryde Winbourne Street hold a Certificate III or higher in Child Studies and who are continually furthering their education.

We thrive on providing a fun and educational experience to ensure something new is happening each day.Our play based, stimulating curriculum is based on the Early Years' Learning Framework and our rooms- from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool- are all geared with this in mind.

We also develop colourful, engaging programs accounting for each child's individual interests, needs and strengths; and with each step we are ensuring the children are ready to take the big step into schooling. This is made simpler through our intuitive Storypark platform, which enables us to maintain consistent and clear communications with families.

That means we are better placed to support a child in their learning journey, ensure parents have peace of mind, and time stamp the children's developments, milestones and achievements.Outside, our playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces- with sandpits for digging for dinosaur bones and treasure, decking, vege and herb patches, a mulberry tree and lots of shade and space to run.

We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability- while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam. Our wonderful cook creates delicious meals such as Spaghetti Bolognese, Chicken stir fry, Zucchini slice and many other tasty dishes.

The food is so good that centre recipe books are extremely popular with a constant demand from families.A major focus for our centre is how working with the broader community can help us enrich the children's learning experience.Through visits to the centre as well as excursions and participation in community events, we are able to deepen the relationship between the centre and the community, while teaching the children about being a contributing and active member of society.

Our Centre comes together for many exciting, fun occasions such as Crazy hair days, School readiness gatherings, fairy dress up day, graduation, Diwali festival, Christmas party, birthdays etc.We invite you to pop in and visit so we can explore the early learning options which await you and your child.
