Conditions of approval

The approved provider must ensure that no changes are made to the outdoor play area of the education and care service that disturbs the concrete base and provides exposure to the underlying soil without prior approval from the Regulatory Authority. The approved provider must ensure that the following two documents are also maintained together with the service approval and displayed conspicuously at the front entrance at all times the service is educating and caring for children.- the Electromagnetic Radiation Survey EMC Technologies Report No. C080301 dated 24 April 2009 and- the 50Hz Magnetic Field Measurements Marshfield Products (Aust.) International Pty. Ltd dated 13 August 2007; and the response to these investigations from the Department of Human Services Radiation Safety Team dates 4 August 2009. The approved provider must comply with the site management plan (WCO3296SMPR01 January 2005) which must be maintained together with the service approval and be displayed conspicuously at the front entrance at all times the service is educating and caring for children.
